I know a person who does his exercises very regularly goes for a walk regularly his body is quite fit and fine.

 

but one day he gets up he's in a hurry he goes and splashes water on his face and suddenly he gets a catch in his back and then he can't even hold himself he falls down

 

 people have to lift him to bring him on the bed and he has to take 15 days to complete bed rest

 

 What is going wrong understand that we have to first lose in our body when we leave our bed?

 

 I will tell you how to fit you will feel you want to kick start your day with a zest enthusiasm

 

That is possible only when you spend just five minutes on your bed doing some stretches

 

 Since we are lying down for five-six hours seven hours at night our muscles are very tight and everything is stiff

 

The body also is low mind is also not alert and here we want to do our routines such stretches has lots of benefits

 

It really helps in having a perfect circulation to your entire body it increases your energy level it removes all that stress and tension

 

 Which you created by studying over studying sometimes lack of sleep and all that and so it helps you to really great your system this sort of moments helps in increasing the flexibility of your joints later on the joint pains should be prevented

 

And do you know your brain is going to work better spends five minutes here on your bed and your brain is going to function much better these are very simple stretches?

Well now when you are leaving your bed don't take a cup ofcoffee or tea and sit with newspaper first you should drink a glass of warm water move little bit and you will feel the push from inside to evacuate your baubles wash your mouth wash your face

 

 And then start the work start your day with positive by good visualization and be grateful to God be grateful that you have seen this today which is much brighter much better much positive make a resolution

 

That tomorrow in the morning when you wake up you will definitely do this and start your day with great zest and enthusiasm.
